HIGH CARBON CASTED STEEL GRIT

Cast Steel Grit is produced by crushing of specific sizes of steel shot. Two out of three product range is heat treated. It is utilized for blast cleaning as well as surface preparation job by the industry.

GP STEEL GRIT

Quenched & tempered product, used in wheel blast machine for the faster cleaning of product. Product has same hardness of Steel Shot which is 46~51 HRC. Initially shape is angular & during operation shape changes to round. Suitable for Desanding / descaling applications.

GL STEEL GRIT

Quenched & tempered product, used by wheel blast machine for achieving specific roughness on product. Product has moderate hardness 53~57 HRC. Best suitable for blasting on rubber molded product. Like GP this product shape also angular initially however during operation it changes to multi point contact shape. Best suitable for surface preparation industry.

GH STEEL GRIT

This is product is untampered, has highest hardness >60 HRC. Recommended to use only in Air Blasting Machines or Stone Cutting applications. Product shape always use to be angular. During operation particles break & form smaller size with angular only. This product is particularly effective in surface treatment and produce a uniform, etched finish.

CASTED STAINLESS STEEL SHOT

Stainless Steel Shot is the ideal solution for blasting stainless steel and non-ferrous metals. This product range has two category High Chrome and High Chrome with High Nickel.

HIGH CHROME (C)

High Chrome "C" is the ideal product for blasting stainless steel and non-ferrous part and especially when more cleaning efficiency required.

This product is use to blast Non-Ferrous parts when light rusting can be accepted after blasting or some plating use to be done later on. Chrome % is ~15%

HIGH CHROME HIGH NICKEL (CN)

CN is used in all applications where non-rusting materials such as aluminum, zinc, stainless steel, brass, bronze, etc. are blasted.

CN is large spectrum of grain sizes makes it perfect for cleaning, de-burring and surface finishing of all types of castings, forgings, profiles, wire and welded structural parts, without the possibility that rust could discolor the bright surface due to ferritic dust.

CN distinguishes itself by having a high percentage of spherical grains and by its compactness. The end result is low consumption, high performance and low machine wear. Using CN on smooth and textured pavers brings out the stones unique appearance, and the possibility of developing unsightly rust spots on the surface of blasted concrete and granite stones due to the remains of ferritic particles is ruled out.

Product is use to blast Non-Ferrous parts especially when NO RUSTING is required after blasting on component. Chrome % is ~ 15% & Nickel % is ~10%.
